The Prism Series: A Community within a Community

What are the challenges facing differently-abled individuals entering adulthood? Solon Community Living is creating a safe, sustainable, and community-accessible neighborhood that provides a ‘braided’ experience that allows families, care staff, and individuals to work together toward choice and self-determination.
Session held at the Family Life Center, 16349 Chillicothe Road, Bainbridge
The Prism Series is intended to shed light and understanding on the issues most relevant to neurodivergent, cognitively impaired, and developmentally disabled individuals.
The CLC hosts subject specific events throughout the year that align with our respective Community Programs. Our non-profit will also have immersive ways to connect through public events and fundraisers periodically.
