Meet Dan
With more than four decades of entrepreneurial leadership, innovation, and international business development, Dan Allen brings deep experience in building organizations and advancing safety-focused solutions to his role on the board. As the founder of multiple successful medical device companies-including Allen Medical Systems and D. A. Surgical, he pioneered patient safety technologies that have become global standards of care. Beyond his business achievements, he has served as a consultant to companies worldwide, published and presented extensively on safety in health care, and holds multiple patents. Now retired, he is committed to applying his expertise in strategic growth, innovation, and advocacy to advancing environmental justice and community well-being.
