Meet Anne

Anne Watson is a long-time resident of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, with a deep commitment to equity, community, and environmental justice. She holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and is the founder of We’re Bridging the Gap, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides college scholarships to students from the Chagrin Falls Park Community. A trained facilitator in leadership development, devoted wife, mother, and grandmother of 26, Anne brings both professional expertise and lived wisdom to her work. She is passionate about empowering people toward positive change and growth, building bridges across communities, and advancing a more just and sustainable future for all.
