Our Green Youth Immersion Program offers customizable, hands-on experiences for middle school through college-aged groups across Northeast Ohio, with flexible formats ranging from half-day and full-day immersions to overnight, multi-day experiences.
Rooted in leadership development, social change, and environmental stewardship, each immersion is designed to inspire curiosity, strengthen relationships, and encourage personal growth.
More Than a Field Trip
Our Green Youth Immersion Program is built with young people, not just for them. Developed with input from youth across Northeast Ohio, each experience is further customized through feedback from the participating group.
Experiences That Inspire Growth
Our immersive experiences encourage young people to learn by doing. Through activities led by experienced facilitators and community partners, participants have opportunities to:
- Explore new perspectives through art, storytelling, and creative expression.
- Build confidence and leadership skills through teamwork, problem-solving, and shared experiences.
- Connect with nature through outdoor exploration and hands-on environmental learning.
- Discover new possibilities by exploring interests, developing practical skills, and learning from community leaders.
- Strengthen relationships through meaningful conversations, collaboration, and shared experiences.
Set on 40 acres in Chagrin Falls, our campus offers an environment where young people can connect with nature, engage with one another, and explore new ideas beyond the traditional classroom.
Designed Around Your Group
No two groups are alike, and their immersion experiences shouldn’t be either. Whether you’re planning a school field trip, youth leadership retreat, church group outing, or college experience, our team works with you to create a program that reflects your goals and your group’s interests.
Let’s Create Something Meaningful Together
Choose from a menu of immersive experiences or bring your own curriculum. Before your visit, participants share their interests and perspectives through a short survey, helping our facilitators tailor the experience to your group.
Programs are available in several formats, including three-hour experiences, full-day immersions, overnight stays, and multi-day retreats.
Whether you’re looking to strengthen leadership skills, encourage teamwork, inspire creativity, or deepen connections with nature, we’ll help you create an experience that meets your group where they are.

Outside of our office hours we'll be available by appointment only.
Our office is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, MLK Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve.
