The presentation and Q & A will share real-world experience of transforming a yard across 10 years: local ordinances, right-of-way constraints, neighbors, and "cues-of-care." Participants will gain an awareness of and strategies to modernize local and state laws impacting native plants as individual property owners work toward "greening their community".
